The material and basic water resistance meet the standards, but the heat preservation time is only 5 hours (not meeting the requirement of ≥6 hours), and the bag opening seal zipper is prone to getting stuck. Our company adjusted the insulation cotton to 25mm (to enhance insulation performance) and replaced the YKK waterproof sealed zipper on the same day, which was recognized by the customer.
2. Second round of samples: Sent out in 10 days. The customer was satisfied with the heat preservation duration (measured at 6.5 hours) and the smoothness of the zipper, but requested that the side pocket be widened to 15cm (suitable for placing a thermos cup) and a detachable shoulder strap be added (suitable for both hand-carry and shoulder-carry). We shot and adjusted the video to synchronize with the customer. The shoulder strap is made of nylon material (with a load capacity of ≥5kg), and the third round of samples will be sent out within 5 days.
3. Three rounds of samples: The customer confirmed on the same day that it "exceeded expectations" (with a heat preservation duration of 6.8 hours and excellent compatibility between the side bag and the shoulder strap), signed the contract and paid a 30% advance payment. The entire process included three rounds of sample making and over 20 cross-ocean communications
Ⅲ. Production Follow-up: Real-time feedback to reassure customers
After the order is initiated, our company implements a "real-time order tracking" mechanism:
l Start-up stage: After the raw materials arrive at the factory, take inspection videos (focusing on showing the thickness of the insulation cotton, material color and texture for confirmation. When the first piece is produced, send the first sample to the customer for confirmation or take photos for confirmation.
l Mid-term stage: Update the progress of cutting, laminating and printing daily, and send live videos of the workshop twice a week.
l Closing stage: 100% full inspection is carried out, covering water injection leakage prevention tests, and random checks are conducted on the insulation duration. After the full inspection is completed, 50 samples are attached for the final inspection. The customer shall complete the confirmation within 24 hours, give a feedback of "qualified" and pay the balance.
Ⅳ. Perfect Delivery: Professional connection and on-time delivery

l Dedicated personnel pack the boxes (each box is covered with a waterproof film to prevent moisture during transportation), affix labels and take videos.
l Timely handle customs declaration and inspection, and simultaneously provide the relevant customs declaration materials and certification materials of the products for customers to clear customs.
l Real-time tracking of logistics, with daily feedback on location and arrival time.
