• 1.Delivery & FAQ

    I. In the order execution process, clarifying delivery methods (to define responsibilities), timelines (key milestones), and payment terms (to align with progress) can transform "timeliness" into enforceable agreements. This allows buyers to control the supply chain rhythm while helping sellers gain trust through consistent performance.

Below is a concise overview of delivery terms, timelines, and payment terms:

    Delivery Terms

    · EXW (Ex Works)

The buyer arranges for goods pickup and assumes full responsibility for the entire transportation process.
Advantage: Enables quick delivery by the seller; gives the buyer full control over logistics timeliness.

    · FOB (Free on Board)

The seller handles goods loading and export customs clearance, with the buyer taking over subsequent transportation responsibilities.
Advantage: Allows the buyer to independently select a freight forwarder and manage transportation schedules.

    · CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

The seller is responsible for freight, insurance, and export customs clearance up to the destination port.
Advantage: The seller guarantees shipping space, reducing the risk of booking delays.

    · DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

The seller manages all processes (including customs clearance and tax payments) and delivers goods to the buyer’s specified location.
Advantage: Saves the buyer from logistical hassle; the seller commits to an accurate warehouse arrival time.

    Delivery Timelines

    · Key milestones

Production cycle (40–50 days), ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). Typically, delivery is completed within approximately one week after ETA.

    · Measures to ensure timeliness

Opt for fast ships/direct flights; pre-verify documents to avoid customs detention; provide logistics tracking (e.g., bill of lading number, vessel status updates).

Please confirm the arrival time before placing an order. This allows you to plan imports and sales in advance, while we can build our international reputation through on-time deliveries.

III. Common Foreign Trade Transportation Methods

    图片6.png

    1. Maritime transport

Large capacity and low cost, ideal for bulk goods. Dominates foreign trade (e.g., container ships, bulk carriers).

    2. Air transport

Fast but higher cost, suitable for high-value, urgent, or perishable goods (e.g., electronics, fresh produce).

    3. Railway transport

Large capacity and strong stability, perfect for long-distance land trade (e.g., China-Europe Railway Express).

    4. Road transport

Flexible with "door-to-door" capabilities, mainly used for short-distance shipments or border trade between neighboring countries.

    5. Multimodal transport

Combines two or more modes (e.g., maritime + railway, air + road) to enhance efficiency.

    6. Postal/express delivery

Suitable for small items (e.g., samples, cross-border e-commerce parcels), handled by international giants (DHL, FedEx, etc.) or postal systems.

    IV. FAQ

Q1: How soon can I expect delivery after placing an order?
A1: Standard production takes 40–50 days. Customized products may require an additional 5–10 days.

Q2: What delivery methods are available?
    A2: Three main options:

    · Sea freight: Cost-effective for large quantities; 30–40 days to most destinations.

    · Air freight: Faster (5–7 days), suitable for urgent or high-value items.

    · Express (DHL, FedEx, etc.): 3–5 days, ideal for small samples or time-sensitive shipments.

Q3: Can delivery be expedited? We need the goods urgently.
A3: We understand your urgency. Let us check our production and logistics schedules. Prioritizing your order may shorten the timeline by 3–5 days. We will provide a detailed plan and cost estimate within 24 hours.

Q4: Where will the goods be delivered?
A4: It depends on the agreed trade term:

    · FOB: Delivered to the specified port in our country.

    · CIF: Shipped to your designated destination port.

    · DDP: Delivered to your final address (including customs clearance and local delivery).

Q5: Will the goods arrive in good condition? What if there’s damage?
A5: We implement strict quality control: each item is inspected and carefully packaged with high-quality materials to prevent transit damage. Most shipments include insurance. In case of damage, please take photos and notify us immediately. We will coordinate with insurers and logistics providers to resolve the issue promptly (e.g., replacements, compensation).

Q6: What documents will I receive with the goods?
    A6: Required documents include:

    · Commercial invoice (product details, quantity, price, total amount).

    · Shipment proof (bill of lading for sea/multimodal transport, airway bill for air freight, or courier receipt).

    · Packing list (contents of each package).

    · Origin certificate (if required).

    · Quality inspection certificates (for applicable products).

Q7: The delivery is overdue. What’s the issue? We have urgent needs.
A7: We sincerely apologize for the delay. Unexpected factory issues (temporary raw material shortages, machine breakdowns) caused the delay, but we’ve taken immediate action: sourced alternative materials and repaired the machine. The goods are ready for express shipment to minimize further delays, with arrival expected in [X] days.
